Reporting Tenant payment services
I am not using a service to report rent payments or for managing my 60 doors. I would like something user friendly and not too deep to keep rent histories and to report payment and nonpayment of rent to the 3 credit bureaus. Anyone have suggestions and experience ?

Make your tenant pay the fee since it is for their benefit. You just provide them with a list of possible services and let them choose.
These services act as intermediaries, collecting your rent payment data and reporting it to credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) on your behalf.
- Examples: RentSpree, RentRedi, Rental Kharma, Rent Reporters, Rock the Score, Piñata, PayYourRent, Esusu.
- How they work: You sign up with the service, pay your rent through them, and they report your payments to the credit bureaus.
- Considerations: Check the fees associated with the service (monthly subscriptions, one-time fees, etc.) and whether they report to all three major credit bureaus.
