Property Managers in CO Springs charging a flat rate?

I saw a company charging a fairly cheap flat rate and it got me thinking, are there any decent PMs in the Colorado Springs area offering services at a flat rate? Would also love to hear recommendations for property managers offering traditional %-based rates.
