Maintenance inspections for rental properties.
Do you have maintenance inspections for your rental property? If so how many time a year do you inspect? We also manage property that we would inspect. What did you find was the best effective way to inspect all your properties?

I agree with @Nathan Gesner and @Chris Good. We do full interior and exterior inspections at all of the properties we manage annually. The first inspections happens 6 months after the start of a lease and the idea is to make sure it's never more than a year between interior inspections.
If you're managing properties on behalf of other owners you'll want to have a good system for generating inspection reports. We use Happy Inspector (https://happy.co/) because they're integrated with Buildium. It allows us to connect photos to the written report and very easy to use on mobile. That being said there are lots of great options out there.
