Tandem parking at multifamily

Hi I have a 4 unit multifamily building in a downtown area with a tandem parking driveway that can fit 3 vehicles.

I’m unsure the best way to distribute parking to the units. The 1st floor unit is the nicest so I thought maybe I’d just include the driveway with that unit and charge a little more.

However, the no parking with the other units is an issue with potential tenants.

If I allowed every unit access to the driveway they would be blocking each other in and need to communicate with each other.

Any advice or experience with this situation would be greatly appreciated!

Does your market support renting the driveway spaces on a first come first serve basis? This could generate extra income for you
