Zillow weekly charge = No Value Add

Zillow is now charging $9.99 a week in Maryland. The problem with this new charge is that there is "No Value Added" to the service. The service before the new charge is the same after the new charge.

I emailed customer service asking if there was any other options and if not how do I cancel my account.

There response was "Thank you for reaching out, I have now deactivated your @outlook.com Zillow account.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Happy holidays!

Eric

Customer Care Advocate,

Rentals"

Zillow is getting to big, they no longer care about there small customers.

There are too many other services out there to be locked into Zillow. I'll continue to use Costar, at least they are not charging to advertise your rental.

I use Zillow and have spent an average of $30 for each property with them.  They do give me leads, but they also give me tons of BAD leads.  I think half of Michigan applied to my properties under the "I want to move out of Michigan, have no job, but know I can get one, and oh, yeah, can you work with me on the deposit?  BTW my 2 pits and 3 huskies are all support animals and really well behaved.  You HAVE to take them!"  Shortly followed by "you are discriminating against me because of the dogs".  Nope because of no job!
