Multiple lists to diff zip codes or multiple lists to 1 zip code
When sending out mailers/marketing, is it more effective to do same target market (ie vacant out of state owners) between several cities/zip codes or same zip codes/city with several different lists (ie out of state owners, pre-foreclosure, probate, etc)?
