POSTCARDS Where to buy them and what to say?

I have some questions regarding direct mail and the postcards people use. 1. Where is the best/cheapest place to buy them? 2. Does the company you purchased them from print the message or do you hand write it? 3. Is there a way for the company to personalize the message? By that I mean saying something like, "I would like to buy your property at 123 Main St." Thank you in advance.
