Driving for Dollars in Newport News Virginia

Hello everyone! I'm intrigued by the idea of "Driving for Dollars" but am having some trouble knowing where to start or how to effectively do so. This might seem like an elementary question but do I literally just drive around different neighborhoods looking for signs? Additionally, how do I drive and find MFU that are construed of 3+ units/where do I look?
