Expired MLS listings

Hey BP gang,

Earlier today I ran across a new strategy that someone had found to be effective. I was wondering what the thoughts were on this strategy, the strategy was that they were looking into expired MLS listings. Has anyone else had any success with this, how would I go about accessing those if they are expired? Are there any fees involved with accessing those?

Thanks in advance for any input that anyone has

Replied

Tyler Mutch that is why you need to find an investor friendly Realtor. At the end of day, it is all about his or her time being rewarded. If you acquire a property from expired listing that realtor provides you, depending on your exit strategy, will realtor be able to list it for you? Talk to your realtor and assure him/her of your loyalty.
