Unusual Marketing

We all know common forms of marketing:

1.Newpapers.
2. Bandit signs
3. Internet and so on.

I wanted to create a thread where we exchange ideas on some unusual type of marketing you have done to either buy or sell properties This would hopefully benefit everyone irrespective of experience.

I have had success with buying shells(houses) facing the highway and plastering them with We Buy Houses. The returns(leads) made up more than buying these shacks for a few thousands.

***I have to add that this probabaly has to be in compliance with the city if someone plans on doing it***
