Help Listsource (List Source) multi Unit advice ..Step by step

Hey Gang  

I need some help...the "step by step" kind

I just sent a mailing with a List Source (ListSource) purchased mailing and I know I got it wrong

My goal was to send the mailing to owners of apartment building where there are 4- 60 units

My bottom line is to buy more multi family unit buildings 

After I got the list, I saw a bunch of Condos and unit numbers on it...I sent it anyway.  I don't think I got it right.  I just needed to take some action.  

Can someone help!! PLEASE ...Be my "night and shinning armor" or "Nightis"..LOL and tell me what to do in each field..Screen shots would be helpful...

This is what I did=

I put in the County I wanted

Equity present greater than 19-100%

Unit number 4-60

Length of residence 3-30years

and I got the "Mailing and Property address"  many of which were the same. 

**Then I got this email tonight from an owner of a condo which basically said I screwed up***..

What did I screw up....can you help?  I called List source before I got the list and they were NO help at all

Please Help
