High Equity Mailing Lists
I am looking for properties to wholesale and need to purchase properties at 70% of ARV. I am looking into MelissaData for a list but I must choose one of three methods of searching for equity. The options are: LTV, Dollar Amount, and Percentage. Which one would work out best?

David,
I have a list of about 800 names in one area that I REALLY want to buy in. I hit that list every month.
My other areas I have about 3200 names. I break that down to 1100 names each month so each person in that area gets hit every 3 months.
Response rate is REAL low compared to more of a motivated list.
Out of 2000 post cards I will get about 20-40 calls. Out of that I will get a house maybe.
I am currently on 9th contact on one list.
