List of properties with a certain zoning code

I am trying to find a company that sells a list of properties with a certain zoning code. In my city, the zoning code plays a MAJOR factor in how much a property is worth. If it's zoned RS, a builder or investor can only build a single dwelling on the property. If the property is zoned R, an investor can build 2 single family dwellings on the property making the land worth twice as much essentially. I want to target properties that have the R zoning code. 

Does anyone know of a company that sells lists with a specific zoning code as well as an equity percentage?
