Very basic lead capture website?
In my direct mail campaigns, I always prompt the homeowner to call a number, which goes straight to voicemail and prompts them to leave me their name and address. That way I can find the property and determine if it will work for me before spending (or wasting) my time calling them back.
After taking note of some local agents and investors' marketing strategies, I am in the process of creating a very basic lead capture website. My mailings would direct sellers to the link. The website I created is just one page. It contains a description of my program (I buy houses cash, pay closing costs, no commissions etc....) and a brief form with some basic questions. This is really all I want; I don't want to list my deals online, I don't want to have any buyers list signup forms, or anything like that. I just want sellers to go to the website, put in their information, and it gets emailed to me. My assumption is that it is much easier for sellers to click a mouse instead of make a phone call, plus this would reduce my phone time as well.
Do any of you have a website similar to what I described? What has your success been as opposed to a more detailed website?
