Letter to Code Violations

Hello BP, I have just obtained a list of 650 homes in my city with current code violations. I am planning on starting a direct mail campaign to them and I was wondering if anyone has an example of a letter or postcard that would be good to send to this list? Has anyone had any success working with this type of list? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
