Email Marketing to Motivated Sellers Lead List

Has anyone ever sent emails to Motivated Sellers Lead Lists?
These are not filtered leads but our initial Skiptracing lists.
Do you use any email marketing management system, since some of these lists can be into the 1000s?
What sort of approach do you guys use?

mailchimp is more $ and more advanced, but sendinblue is very close and a bit cheaper. For the types of emails investors send out, a simple email platform is all thats needed. The emails sent by investors are typically basic compared to an e-commerce type email. The emails investors send are mostly text based, and more personalized to incentivize the seller. Almost any email platform can accomodate that but i've been impressed with sendinblue.
