Litigious tenant screening tools for landlords

Hello,

I cannot recall a web address I was given by someone where you can look up someone by name to find out if there is a history of lawsuits or court cases under the entered name. So far, I just see ones where you need to create a court account, etc.  Thank you for any advice provided.
