Hi BP Family, My name is Shankara and I recently dove in to Real Estate investing. I have been using BP as my biggest education tool for the past month and close on our first property in less than 48 hours! It is a beautiful 2 family unit that should cash flow over $600/month. I have received great benefit from the BP podcast, books, and forums. I read the forums regularly to answer my questions and wanted to be more involved and active in posting.
