Setting up a local meet up

If I was to try and set up a meet up in my area to network what would be some things I'd need to do? Also is there anyone in the Huntsville AL area willing to try and help me set up one? Im not the greatest when it come to public speaking and things like that but I want to meet more people involved in business and real estate so I can network and keep bettering my self.
