Networking in Los Angeles

Joshua Elliott
Posted

Located in Los Angeles (Silver Lake area) want to get to know people in my area that has the same interest in real estate, or just connect in general I’m open to all information.

I am new to the topic but I’m determined to close my first deal soon, hopefully a duplex, and to soak up all the knowledge and connect.

Joshua,

Welcome!

I'm a multifamily-focused realtor in LA and eastsider for life. I bought a light fixer as my primary residence in Echo Park in 2009, then traded up to another Echo Park home in 2015, then sold out of the neighborhood last year. All in all, Echo Park did very well for me.

My only regret in life: not buying a duplex down the block from my first home in 2009! Back then, I didn't know what I didn't know. If I knew then what I know now...

Happy to help answer any questions about the LA market!

All the best,

Jon
