Looking to Relocate from Orange County

Hello there,

My fiance and I are considering the possibility of relocating to an area that better-suits our career and investment goals. We just completed renovating and selling a live-in-flip property in Orange County, which turned out to be a great success. We are seeking a developing area that is great for young professionals and contains a lower investment floor. Ideally, we would like to purchase a distressed property that we can renovate while acclimating to the new location. Our long-term strategy is to buy & hold SFH's and commercial properties. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Some of the cities that we are considering are: Seattle, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Scottsdale, Minneapolis, Portland, Atlanta.

Thanks,

-Nick Lloyd

@Nick Loyd I agree with Brandon, the Kansas City market is booming but still affordable. I'd be glad to help you look for something. Have you thought about house hacking? Maybe fixing up a duplex?
