As a single-family property management company in Birmingham, we're always tracking stats like vacancy rates. Below is a snapshot of data from the Census Bureau. You can follow this link to see the full article. Birmingham remains a good spot to invest in comparison to other cities throughout the state. I'm curious... can anyone offer opinion on other Alabama cities? Montgomery? Mobile? Huntsville? Gadsden?
