Looking Multifamily Investors to create Mastermind group
We are a small group of hands-on house-flip and Multifamily Investors. We are putting together a mastermind action group. I know what it takes to buy your first Multifamily.
I have worked for 18 years in real estate, I knew investing was the way to achieve financial freedom. But the fastest smart way to do it, 110% you need to get educated and have a full team.
Your team is more important than your wife, wrong investment, wrong reapairs-rehab estimate, and or wrong management will kill a good deal. Leave you broke and worst in debt.
But the worst is not what you do wrong, is what you DON'T DO for fear. So if you want to do your first deal join us, you will do one in 2022 we did 12 as of 9/25/22.
This is a group to learn and take action, we are not looking for wholesalers, capital passive investors, or Real Estate brokers to sell us. We are looking for doers that want to create multifamily income.
