investing in YUCCA VALLEY

Posted

Hallo,

I would like to buy a plot in Yucca Valley, not only for investment but also because I like it very much.

I saw few plots and some they had the problems of Joshua trees on them, and 2 plots that I like they have a water flow crossing the plot. Nobody from real estate told me up to now that this is a problem since it looks you cannot build anything within 30 feet. Does anybody know if this is true. Of course I'm going to check with the county, but if somebody has more info about this issue I would appreciate.

Do you also know if the location around the golf area is a good investment?

thanks everybody who will answer.
