Price to Rent ratio for multiple regions
Hello! I live in a market that feels over-priced, so I started exploring long distance investing. One of the first metrics I started looking at was the price to rent ratio.
I pulled a few pieces of data, joined it together, and visualized it to get a handle of what the price to rent ratio for different regions looks like. I've shared them below in case anyone finds this sort of information useful.
I'll probably take a few more passes at this data and add updates to the main page.
