New Listings: 2,725; -15.66 from 1/2021; 1/2019 was 4,324.

Months Supply: 0.5; -28.57% from 1/2021; 1/2019 was 2.2.

Cumulative days on Market: 37; -11.90% from 1/2021; 1/2019 was 77(!).
