Finding The Right Market " Canada"
Hey everyone,
super new and very excited to all this! I have set my goal to purchase my first property this spring (2022). I am just looking for tricks/ideas to do market research. I have a general understanding of what I should be looking for such as median income, vacancy rates, jobs in the area etc. etc. I am more wondering if there are websites or tools you all use to help narrow down these answers and maybe make the process quicker/easier.
Ps. I currently live in Ontario Canada but open to all information.
Thanks!
