Short sale; leaky roof
I am looking into buying a short sale property. There is some water damage due to an incorrectly installed roof. I can easily fix the roof and the cosmetics caused by the leaks. My worry is that the short sale could take several months. I am worried about the water continuing to leak into the house over the next several months. Is there anything I can do?
