Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Freehold.

Purchase price: $258,000
Sale price: $430,000

First flip in Freehold, NJ. Took longer than expected, faced hesitation from buyers as we listed in April 2020 (early pandemic days), but ended up receiving multiple offers and sold above ask! Formed great local connections along the way.
