wholesaling almost new houses
i recently talked to a seller who is looking to sell his house. he built the house himself and its only about 4 years old and is just looking to downsize to less space since he has just got divorced and its just him and his cat in the main house and his mother in the attached apt. its on a dead in street near vassar college so most of the homes on the road are rented to students so once its sold its would make for a excellent buy and hold property rented out to the college students. what im asking is something like this worth whole selling giving the house is so new and not something that needs repairs or anything?
