Single-family residence wholesale investment in Lowell.
Purchase price: $425,000
Sale price: $440,000
A rollercoaster of a deal.
Took a total of 6 months to close having 2 buyers back out in the process from going from an assignment of 60k up to 75k & ultimately down to 15k.
At the end of the day, everyone in the transaction was happy and we can move on to the next deal!
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
One of my acquisitions managers cold-called the homeowner, met in person that same week, and locked it up on the spot.
