Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $200,000

This was another steal of a deal for one of my buyers. This was a rent ready single family home in prime NW San Antonio where houses usually sell over 300k. He was very happy to get this deal and is now looking for another!
