Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $50,000

This was a 3 unit in an amazing part of town! The seller did not take care of this property at all! Good thing my Investor has vision for what could be. The rehab on this one was deeper than the average, but the potential was incredible! With an ARV of 400k- my buyer got a heck of a deal!
