Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $326,290
Cash invested: $18,981

This was my wife and I Second home purchase. We bought this townhome in a quiet community 13 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. We lived there for 1.5 years before we turned the property into a rental. We took all the learnings from our first Rental and dived into the next. This Second one really solidified for us, our commitment to Financial Freedom through real estate.
