What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We wanted some financial freedom when we retire from our current 9-5s, but we are seeing that we could retired from working our 9-5 a lot earlier if we compile more properties.

It was our first house so we did not find it.

We had already bought it so we started a business then refinanced it in the name of the business.
