Triplex in Waterloo, IA
I'm looking at a triplex here in my hometown have a couple questions.
First I'd like to get it for 3% down, if I occupy one of the units is that possible?
Second here's the info on it:
$92,900
Main level 2 bedroom, apt rents for $800/mo.
Upstairs efficiency with new carpet, rents for $450/mo,
Upstairs 2 bedroom rents for $650/mo.
7 off street parking spots. Kitchen appliances - all units.
This sounds great, I'm wondering how I can verify this or what questions to ask the seller/seller's agent? The rents I mean.
