This was a fix and flip we purchased in Wright, WY... a town about 45 minutes away from our local market. This was a HUD foreclosure that needed a lot of work. The purchase price was $88,000 and we put nearly $100,000 into the renovation. We pre-sold it to some buyers I was working with as an agent. We sold it to them for $229,900 after about five months of owning the property.
