@Tommy Daggett Appreciate it!

Time & Closing:

I have been looking for multi unit properties for months before running into this one. We had a smooth close, everything was on time because everyone was on top of their responsibilities. I was frequently checking up on the status of the paper work to make sure we were always on schedule and if anything were to seem delayed I would've reached out to the responsible party and see what was going on.

Strategy:

I assumed the seller was an investor himself so I included an introduction letter of myself mentioning that I was a first time home buyer and also looking for an investment because I wanted to get into the real estate game. This strategy helped me because they were too, once in my position of wanting to get their first investment so that letter helped bridge a connection that they might of not had with other offers.
