Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Baton Rouge.

Purchase price: $55,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Home only had one owner and was owned free and clear. Damaged in a flood and elderly couple did not have flood insurance. Financed through a 203K.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Realtor sent it to me.
