House Hack on University Off-Campus.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to start investing in real estate, wanted to live for free while in college, and wanted to stop paying into the pockets of other landlords and start paying into mine.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow, negotiated directly with seller and selling agent. Used an independent mortgage broker.

How did you finance this deal?

30-year Mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

Area housing prices and comprable homes in area.

What was the outcome?

Own home and currently house hack with friends.
