Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Columbus.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $7,400

My first rental, purchased back in 2017.
Downpayment of property was paid with a HELOC taken out on my primary residence.
Refinanced in 2018 at 80% LTV and paid for 2 more buy & holds with those proceeds.
