Investment Info: 

Just purchased my first Multi-Family 6-Units in Cleveland, OH (Slavic Village area). Great cashflow with lots of upside. Currently 19% cash on cash return with lots of upside. I'm targeting at least 25% ROI annually after expenses. Excited to find a handful more of these similar deals in the area!

Purchase price: $170,000
