BRRR method, rehab stage
My Dad has been running the real estate business with no structure and no team. He has been sitting on unfinished properties and shown a loss for the last 16 years. My Brother and I are transitioning into taking the company over and are relatively new to this. We are trying to get funding to rehab our current unfinished single family homes and is proving to be a huge challenge. The bank won’t lend to us because the company has shown a loss for so long. Any tips, advice, or strategies for me in how to go about acquiring funding?
