Neighborhood Grades (A+, C-, etc)
Hello, I see people posting about neighborhood grades on forums, podcasts etc. Is this based on opinions or is there actually somewhere you can go to see actual 'grades' of neighborhood (like realtor or something). Just curious. I see people saying these and wondered for investing.
Thanks,
Mike
