I got my first Fix and Flip!
Investment Info:
Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $26,000
Cash invested: $30,000
This is my first fix and flip project. It has asbestos in the floors and walls, and major termite damage to all the studs. It is going to be a complete gut job from the floor up. I am nervous, anxious, excited and determined to learn as much as I can and hopefully turn a profit on it.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I am trying to learn everything I can about taking a really bad house and turning it into a beautiful one so I can become an expert.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I found it through a PPC I ran and negotiating directly with the seller.
How did you finance this deal?
I paid cash through savings I have.
How did you add value to the deal?
I haven't added much value yet, but will be redoing the whole house from the ground up.
