First BRRRR in Louisville, KY

Hey everybody!

After spending a significant amount of time finding a deal and developing a creative financing approach, my brother and I have our closing scheduled for our first deal EVER in Louisville, KY!

This will be a BRRRR property and we are really excited for our journey to begin!

We will make the home a 4 bed 1 bath. Rent will be approximately 1200$ after the home is remodeled!

We have our property management company remodeling the home.

We have a few potential lenders lined up for the refinance (chase, eclipse, Paducah, and others).

We will keep everybody up to speed on how this journey progresses!
