Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Buy bank owned property of mls and cash closed. Rehab over 6 months and add 4 th bed room and 2 Ed bath . Rent for 1600 a month.
