Is half duplex a good comp for full duplex?
Hello,
I saw a duplex listed for 165k today. No comps in 2 mile radius within the last year. There are comps for half duplex on the same street for 75k fully updated which was sold a week or two ago and 60k for another half duplex sold in 2018.
Is half duplex a good comp for a full duplex? If answer the yes, 165k sounds too high.
