SFH 3-1 no, basement
Property valued at $125K - $130K. Currently holding for a refinance and rehab project in the coming weeks.

Great BRRR in my opinion. If you have owned the property less than 6 months you will be able to recoup your initial investment of the purchase plus closing costs. After 6 months you will be able to recoup a little more. A SFR cash out refinance with conventional has an LTV of 75%
