Lol yes i understand its showing negative cashflow. This isnt titled “should i buy it”. I was surprised as how negative the cashflow is in the price its listed at on the market. I was looking for an intelligent response from someone to check to make sure i wasnt calculating anything in an obsecure or unusual manner. Thanks for your input though.
